(overwrite tl32v20.dll in Diskeep/Defrag dir)

Comments:
This version of Diskeeper is truly lame :(
It will (was:) show nags every time when you ran it (and it doesn't matter what 
timelock .dll says). So two files need to be patched (dll and executable) :(
