IE Organiser sits in the background monitoring the sites you
have open, it checks the last time you looked at them and gathers
various statistics on them. Open more and they get added to the list.
You can then minimise all of them, sort the list into least
accessed or longest 'idle' window. Select groups of them to show,
or tile them. It's the kind of handy little control panel that should
have been part of IE in the first place.
