to register CreateInstall trial you must first "upgrade" it to 
CreateInstall Pro (commercial). to do this follow this steps:

	1. you must have CreateInstall trial already installed
	2. run original CreateInstall setup again (ci.exe).
do not click next
	3. open windows temporary folder (c:\windows\temp).
look for file named gert0.dll and copy it to
C:\Program Files\CreateInstall\resource (path may be different for you)
then rename the copy of gert0.dll to Instpro.dll
	4. exit from CreateInstall setup
	5. open C:\Program Files\CreateInstall\ci.ini
change value of Type from 0 to 201 (Type=201 (this mean Pro version))
save and close

now you have CreateInstall Pro.
use keygen.exe to generate a valid key for it.

note: if all work fine you can delete Inststd.dll from \resource.
this file is used by trial version only.
