CamShot is a Web server that serves up Web pages containing images
captured from a video camera. The images can be viewed from anywhere
on the network, with a Web browser. CamShot works with video
equipment that's compatible with Video for Windows. Any computer on an
intranet running CamShot is a remote surveillance device. You can
schedule time slots and snap rates, save images with a time and date
stamp, and remotely configure the program with any Java-enabled
browser. It also comes with several prebuilt HTML files that allow you to
view multiple time-stamped images on the same Web page.
