installation ----- >

1. run setup.exe and choose install type you like
2. if asked by OS to reboot, do it
3. copy all included .lic files into your \Bentley\Program\Licensing\ dir
4. copy inlcuded licnsmgr.dll file into your \Bentley\Program\ dir and
   overwrite existing one * bacup it at first
5. copy included salicmgr.dll file into your \Bentley\Program\MicroStation\mdlsys\asneeded\
   and overwrite existing one * backup it at first
   this step is required only if you're gonna utilize built-in Interference Manager
6. do some BIM

This release requires MicroStation v8.05.00.64
