Note2:
step 1)
You have to install the Italian version (menus are still in english, 
only libraries are in italian, and after installation and cracking 
you can install international library and delete the italian.
 
step 2)
Before applying the patch launch revit and select on the revit 
account update menu "site licensing" and enter any "license server name"
submit and quit revit.
step 3)
copy the patch in revit.exe directory and apply it.
and this sould work !
step 4)
for international library launch setup angain and install the librarys 
you want.
