Crack/install.txt

1.Edit license.dat replacing "000000000000" with your hostid
2.Run awkeygen license.dat to generate your new license.dat file and copy it
  to your FLEXLM dir.
3.That's it



NOOBS INSTALL:
1.  First Create a directory on the c: drive (even if you install maya or
    motionbuilder on different drive) called
    FLEXLM
2.  Copy the license.dat and awkeygen.exe file to this directory.
3.  Install Motionbuilder
4.  Goto start-->all programs-->AliasWavefront-->common utilities-->FlexLM license utilities
5.  Under system settings copy Ethernet address
6.  Open the file (from the directory FLEXLM) license.dat with Wordpad and
    replace the "000000000000" with the copied Ethernet address. Save and close wordpad
7.  Using the run utility and type: awkeygen.exe license.dat
8.  Goto start-->all programs-->AliasWavefront-->common utilities-->Install license
10. Under the path of the file license.dat
11. Click install
12. Restart computer



NB: you could also add  this license file to your MAYA 7 flexlm license file and
    combine both.



OSX:
---
Your license (default) dir is /var/flexlm IF YOU HAVE MAYA ALREADY INSTALLED
otherwise (motionbuilder w/o maya installed) the default dir is/usr/local/flexlm;
so copy the generated license.dat (you did that on a windows machine in dos)
into that directory.
