1. Run myr-mental_ray-3.3-win32.exe, Choose Complete in the Setup Type Screen.
2. On the license screen choose License, On the license type screen choose Floating Server.
3. On the install or request a license screen choose Request License and set these:
   Dongle is attached to: ( choose an open COM port here )
   Dongle type: SI0
   Click Next. ( This will take a few minutes and will complain about not finding the server. Ingore the msg. )
4. Add SPM_HOST to your windows environment variables and set variable value to be your computer name.
5. Copy the spmd.exe and SI from our crack into your Windows\SYSTEM32\spm   directory. Overwrite the spmd.exe that is there.
6. Unrar mental_crack.rar
   a. Copy spm-kf from XSI directory if you have XSI 4.0 installed too.
   b. Copy spm-kf from Maya directory if you like to use mental ray only
7. Start SPM Service with NET START SPMD from command prompt
8. Verify SPM Service status with spmstat -v -KD, if you see licenses listed then you're done
