 1. install Active-HDL 6.2 SP1 (you must have 6.2 installed before you apply the SP1 patch).
 2. copy license.dat to C:\Program Files\Aldec\Active-HDL 6.2\dat
 3. Apply the patch (RORAHDL62SP1.exe)
