▓          Welcome to 20/20 Vision!                                        ▓ ░
▓                                                                          ▓ ░
▓          20/20 Vision was created for computer                           ▓ ░
▓          users to help improve and maintain high-                        ▓ ░
▓          quality eyesight. This is accomplished by                       ▓ ░
▓          means of:                                                       ▓ ░

▓          3D-SIRDS                                                        ▓ ░
▓          Palming                                                         ▓ ░
▓          Sunning                                                         ▓ ░
▓          Testing                                                         ▓ ░

▓          There are three types of animations. The                        ▓ ░
▓          first type uses individual letters (A-Z) that                   ▓ ░
▓          gradually change size from 300x300                              ▓ ░
▓          pixels down to 10x20 pixels. This                               ▓ ░
▓          exercises the muscles that adjust your                          ▓ ░
▓          eyes focal depth. The stronger these                            ▓ ░
▓          muscles become the better your vision                           ▓ ░
▓          becomes. There are 5 sets of letters (A-Z)                      ▓ ░
▓          with 5 or 6 letters per group.                                  ▓ ░
▓                                                                          ▓ ░
▓          The second type uses a speed training                           ▓ ░
▓          technique that trains your subconscious                         ▓ ░
▓          mind for near instant recognition. All of                       ▓ ░
▓          the letter in the alphabet are used in                          ▓ ░
▓          speed training. You can find this                               ▓ ░
▓          animation in the Flash section (Flash 1).                       ▓ ░
▓                                                                          ▓ ░
▓          The third type uses a high-speed moving                         ▓ ░
▓          letter. This exercises the muscles that                         ▓ ░
▓          move you're eyes focal position; which                          ▓ ░
▓          strengthens your eyes and help's to                             ▓ ░
▓          improve your vision. You can find this                          ▓ ░

▓          Dot Stereograms) provides an                                    ▓ ░
▓          environment that helps your eyes to see                         ▓ ░
▓          independently thereby balancing their                           ▓ ░

▓          Palming relaxes your eyes reducing stress                       ▓ ░

▓          solar energy, which is beneficial to your                       ▓ ░
▓          eyes optimal vision.                                            ▓ ░

▓          Testing your eyesight is an important part                      ▓ ░
▓          of this program. Although 20/20 Vision                          ▓ ░
▓          was designed as a complete process for                          ▓ ░
▓          improving your vision, everyone of us has                       ▓ ░
▓          different needs. In the beginning it is                         ▓ ░
▓          important to Test your vision before and                        ▓ ░
▓          after each exercise to discover what                            ▓ ░
▓          parts of this program work best for you.                        ▓ ░
▓          Then you can focus on these parts to                            ▓ ░
▓          speed up your vision improvement.                               ▓ ░

▓          20/20/ Vision can be viewed from                                ▓ ░
▓          640x480 to 1600x1200 pixels screen                              ▓ ░
▓          resolution. Choose the screen resoultion                        ▓ ░
▓          that is the most comfortable for your                           ▓ ░
▓          present vision.                                                 ▓ ░

▓          In the beginning you need to wear your                          ▓ ░
▓          reading glasses if you require them. Later                      ▓ ░
▓          you may experiment with wearing no                              ▓ ░
▓          glasses. (Use the 640x480 screen                                ▓ ░

▓          You may choose to start with the lowest                         ▓ ░
▓          screen resolution and work your way up                          ▓ ░
▓          to the highest resolution thereby                               ▓ ░
